INSTALLATION & USE

1 - INSTALLING THE THERMAL CAMERA
Install the thermal camera on a 3-foot mobile support and position it so as to capture the entry point you want to monitor at a maximum distance of 4/6 meters.
1 - FIRST CONFIGURATION
When the program is first opened, go to settings to configure the parameters as indicated in the manual; at the end of the configuration it will be necessary to confirm the parameters entered by clicking on confirm.

By connecting through the PORTAL page with the email address and the registration password, it will be possible to manage all the configurations to immediately start monitoring and access control.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1 - POSITIONING IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA
To carry out a facial recognition it is necessary that the person presents himself with his face uncovered in front of the camera, positioning himself at a minimum distance of 1 meter and a maximum of 4 meters.
4 - THE CAMERA LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON
The camera light turns on automatically in the presence of a person and indicates eligibility for access with a green or red color. In case of no light emission it is necessary to: check the power supply of the Light kit box; check the power supply of the AV600 network adapter and the presence of the "intellyScan" wireless network; check the power supply of all devices and disconnect and reconnect the power supplies; check that the intellyScan server is switched on and connected to the network; check the power supply of the Router, powerline and internet connectivity; contact technical assistance.
