WMFG STUBBY SIX PACK TRACTION PAD | NEVER ENDING GRIP AND FEEL FOR WIDE TAIL KITESURF BOARDS

Special kiteboard-formulated EVA foam that is optimized with tested and proven kiteboard-specific waffle (diamond) and groove patterns.  The premium 3M® adhesive backing provides a simple and efficient installation that will last.  Flat rear pad with an oversized and steep heel kick provides maximum kiteboard feel and helps in board retrieval too.

The stubby six-pack is suitable for wide tail or square tailed kitesurf boards which are most often also accompanied with stub-nose (TOMO modern planing hull type shapes).  Since the WMFG stubby full six-pack traction pads are separated in six-pieces it allows for a custom fit.  The lateral sections can be spread apart to expose footstrap inserts or to accommodate extra-wide boards. For taller riders, the middle and front pad sections can be spread apart further forward to accommodate longer surfboards.  Alternatively, you can apply all six sections together as one piece for a seamless fit perfect for dedicated strapless boards.

DIAMOND TRACTION

Kiteboard specific diamond cut patterned EVA foam.  This foam pattern is the classic-type of cut for a tail pad. It offers a sharp heightened diamond that provides a 'sharp' and predictable feel with extra padding to stomp those big airs!

GROOVED TRACTION

The 3.0 grooved traction pad is thinner than the waffle (diamond) design which minimizes the amount of water catching on the deck pad, it also provides great grip with minimal thickness and maximum board feel.  This pad makes the board extra grippy in booties and barefoot too! 

The Stubby Six Pack is designed for the modern kite surfboard with short stubby/squarish nose shapes, aka. modern planing hulls made famous by shaper Daniel 'Tomo' Thomson.
