The Hampshire Electronics Dual VCF in 10HP is a brand new, 100% analogue dual voltage controlled filter in the Eurorack format.

The VCF features two completely independent filters, a high pass (6db) and low pass (12db) which can be used as two completely independent low and high pass filters or in conjunction to create highly configurable band pass and notch filters with complete control over the 'Q' width and the filter cut-off.

The filters are of the state-variable style, inspired by the classic filters on the MS-20 synth of the late 1970s. This filter style is rightly regarded as a classic.

The filter sections self-oscillates at high resonance settings and can also be used as a sine-wave voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO).
