Brand characteristics
The BIONIKA Cortical implant system features an advanced Hex@con conical connection with a 30° taper angle, providing exceptionally precise and micromovement-free engagement.
This design allows for accurate open and closed tray impressions even in cases of greater angulation, while ensuring optimal force transmission between the abutment and the implant.
Placement at or slightly below the cortical level (0.5–1 mm) enhances long-term implant stability and supports bone level preservation.
The internal platform-switching configuration enables the bone to naturally grow over the implant shoulder, while the soft tissue forms a biological seal around the contact zone.
The conical, spirally micro-grooved cortical surface and self-locking thread structure ensure efficient load distribution, rapid osseointegration, and micromovement-free stability.
Its anatomical root-shaped body with a high-pitch, bone-condensing thread geometry allows for immediate loading due to the excellent primary stability achieved upon insertion.

Angled, Type B Position-Oriented Multi-Unit Abutment for LT2.7 System, Wide Design with M1.6 Internal Thread
The Multi-unit abutment, angled, positioned, wide, LT2.7, type-B is a prosthetic abutment designed to connect to an implant or an intermediate multi-unit base. Its angled configuration enables correction of unfavourable implant angulation, while the wide profile ensures enhanced stability for soft tissues and final restorations, especially in posterior regions.
The Type B positioning refers to a defined corner of the connection interface consistently aligning to the same orientation relative to the abutment’s top surface with every reinsertion. This ensures precise prosthetic alignment, which is critical for multi-implant screw-retained restorations.
An M1.6 internal thread at the top allows secure fixation of prosthetic components – such as bridge frameworks or customised restorations. The lower part is compatible with the LT2.7 platform and connects without an additional fixation screw, using a self-locking geometry.
The Multi-unit abutment, angled, positioned, wide, LT2.7, type-B is an ideal solution for screw-retained restorations on multiple implants, especially in posterior areas where angular correction, stable support, and precise, position-oriented fit are essential in full compatibility with the LT2.7 system.
