Flanged Drive Wheel with Hub Keyway | PU or Vulkollan® Tire on S355 Steel Core | Flange Ø 445 mm | Tread Ø 400 mm

Turned flanged drive wheel with hub keyway according to DIN 6885 and cast-on elastomer tire. The hub keyway accommodates a feather key for form-fit torque transmission to the drive shaft. The S355 steel core bears the load, while the PU or Vulkollan® tire absorbs shocks.

Tread — Selection

Polyurethane MDI — High-quality MDI polyurethane, abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, and with good damping properties. Economical choice for medium to high loads. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.

Vulkollan® — Premium elastomer from Covestro, highest load capacity with elastic running, extremely abrasion-resistant, capable of continuous loading. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.

Core Material: S355 Steel (bare)

Structural steel S355 with minimum yield strength of 355 N/mm², good machinability, high strength. Standard material for driven industrial wheels.

Typical Applications

Driven flanged wheels for AGVs, AGV drives, gantry cranes, trolleys, motorized chassis, and all applications with form-fit shaft connection.
